Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all table reservations and orders (dine-in, takeaway and delivery) with Tandoori Wonfurt, operated by [Owner's full name], Hauptstraße 31, 97539 Wonfurt.

You can reserve a table by phone or email. A reservation is only binding once we have confirmed it.

• We hold your table for 15 minutes after the reserved time. After that we may give it to other guests.
• If you cannot come, or the number of guests changes, please let us know as early as possible.
• For larger groups and events we may ask for the menu to be agreed in advance.

The dishes shown on our website and in our ordering system are not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. A contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example by confirming it in the ordering system, on the phone or by email.

All prices are in euros and include the statutory VAT. Any delivery charges are shown before you order. Payment is due when you receive your food; the accepted payment methods are shown in the restaurant and in the ordering system.

Pick-up and delivery times are estimates and may vary at busy times. Please check your order when you receive it and tell us straight away if anything is missing or not right.

Information about allergens and additives in our dishes is available on request from our staff. Our kitchen handles many ingredients, so we cannot completely rule out traces of allergens. Please tell us about any allergies when you order.

Because our food is prepared fresh for immediate consumption, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for orders (§ 312g (2) no. 2 BGB). You can cancel an order free of charge until we have started preparing it.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you normally live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of your reservation or order applies. Last updated: September 2026.
